3 steps are combined into 1 machine. An additional pre-shredding or grinding is not necessary anymore.

  1. Slow running CUTTER blades shred any plastic without pre-shredding.
  2. The shredded material is passed immediately to the extruder by means of a transport screw (FEEDER).
  3. The material is melted in the  EXTRUDER and vented if necessary.
