Depending on the type of recycling line NGR machines successfully operate with one of these basic technologies:

The unique NGR ONE-STEP technology is applied for A:GRAN,  L: GRAN, S: GRAN and X:GRAN recycling lines. An additional pre-shredding or grinding is not required!

The dual diameter screw extruder technology as used with the E:GRAN has a larger extruder screw diameter in feeder intake area. It is applied for edge trims solutions

The feeder-extruder combination is applied for F:GRAN machines to convert flakes.

NGR process engineering is characterized by low operation costs due to low manpower requirements and optimized energy balance.
